The most difficult truthI awoke as though from a dream only to find myself in a dark forest.The most difficult truth
I saw a man in the forest, wearing only a cloak. He appeared as human though at the same time he seemed as an animal, standing hunched over instead of upright. His cloak was dark, darker than black. As if it could swallow the world into its emptiness. The forest was also dark, cast with shadows and aside from the birds devoid of any wildlife. There were many different trees but I noticed the pines especially because they seemed to have a familiar presence.
